Abstract
The paper describes the experience of successful treatment in a patient with chronic pyoderma gangrenosum et vegetans, a rather rare disease at surgical hospital and a department of purulent surgery. The authors have encountered a description of treatment in a 72-year-old patient in the Russian and foreign literature. This clinical observation shows how a 74-year-old patient with chronic pyoderma gangrenosum et vegetans is treated.
