ОНИХОМИКОЗЫ: ВЗГЛЯД ДЕРМАТОЛОГА И ХИРУРГА

Аннотация
В статье обобщены данные литературы и собственного клинического опыта по распространенности онихомикозов в мире, их этиологии, клинике и лечению. Описаны критерии для системной и местной терапии онихомикозов, методы удаления ногтевых пластин (показания, противопоказания и осложнения) с точки зрения дерматолога и хирурга. Приведена современная концепция лечения онихомикозов с использованием местного антимикотика нафтифина и аппаратного удаления ногтя.
