The successful complex treatment diabetic neuroosteoarthropathy of the middle part of the foot in the stage of purulent complications

Abstract
The article presents a clinical case of the successful complex treatment of a patient L., 58 years old, with diabetic neuroosteoarthropathy in the middle part of the foot (Charcot's foot), complicated by a deep plantar phlegmon. The strategy of complex treatment, perioperative management and rehabilitation is described in detail. The long-term relapse-free observation period for a patient is more than 5 years.
