Представлены результаты и достижения многоцентрового исследования инфекционных последствий травм TIDOS (The Trauma Infectious Diseases Outcomes Study) Министерства обороны США (DoD) и Министерства по делам ветеранов (VA) в рамках Программы клинических исследований инфекционных заболеваний USU (IDCRP). Также обсуждаются возможные направления будущих исследований и их актуальность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes problems faced by military doctors in providing medical care to military personnel who had participated in armed conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. The authors also discuss results and achievements of multicenter study on consequences of infected wounds TIDOS (The Trauma Infectious Diseases Outcomes Study) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) within the program of clinical researches on infectious diseases (USU Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Program – IDCRP).
