Обсуждаются вопросы важности хирургической настороженности при отсутствии ответа на стандартное лечение в течение 4 и более нед, необходимости тканевой биопсии и мультидисциплинарного подхода при подозрении на атипичный характер этиологии и патогенеза длительно незаживающих ран.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a review on the problem of diagnosis and treatment of atypical wounds.
