Разработка методических подходов по обоснованию выбора методов оценки социальной значимости лекарственных препаратов при осложнениях сахарного диабета является одной из нерешенных проблем формирования ограничительных списков жизненно-важных и важнейших лекарственных препаратов (ЖНВЛП), а также списка ОНЛС (обеспечение необходимыми лекарственными средствами) для регионов. Предлагаемая методика расчета социальной стоимости болезни и создание на ее основе клинико-экономических симуляторов позволит лицам, принимающим решения, иметь адекватный и прозрачный инструмент в своей работе. Основная цель разработки клинико-экономического симулятора – это объединение клинического выбора специалистов с экономическими затратами, которые влекут за собой использование технологий, начиная с диагностики заболевания, выбора терапии и динамического наблюдения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Healthcare technologies control in the frame of limited budget is an important aim for healthcare organizers and people who makes decisions. Methodological approaches formulation while choosing the method of assessment of social significance of medications in complications of type 2 diabetes – one of the unresolved problems of limited lists of life-saving medication, as well as the list of Population Drug Coverage for regions. Suggested methods of social cost of disease calculation and created clinical-economical simulators will allow people making decisions to have and adequate working tool.
